To begin with, I start with what causes this addiction. This addiction comes through playing video games very often, and we can only find it in the gadgets like smartphones or laptops. Nowadays, almost every person in this world has a smartphone, which is very necessary so they could do their job or doing online learning, and this what makes someone may leap into over-playing a video game. Moreover, another reason is a high number of free time. People who have no interest in sports or others leisure activities, many of them choose to dive into gaming activities, and over time it’s become their hobby and turns into an addiction. So the cause of this problem is misusing technology and boredom.

I am moving to the next subject, which is the effect of video game addiction. It’s affecting people's life by making them lazy. Writing III IELTS WRITING TASK 1: Describing Procces

 The Process of Photosynthesis

The picture shows how plants make their food.

Photosynthesis is a process where a plant produces its food. It starts with the plants draws up water and minerals through their roots and ends when sunlight gives chloroplasts energy to make sugar(food). Overall there are three stages of this process.

Photosynthesis needs three things in the process. They are materials like minerals and water, oxygen, and sunlight. The process begins when the plants absorb water and mineral from the ground through roots. Next, the materials are being transported to the leaf by xylem tissue. During this process, the leaves gather carbon dioxide from the air and pot out oxygen. After that, a part of the leaves called chloroplast takes energy from the sunlight and begins to do the process.  Finally, as a result of this process, it produces sugar which is the food for the plant. In addition, The phloem tissue then distributes the food to the other parts of the plant like stems and roots.

Writing III: IELTS Task 2: Advantages/Disadvantages: Online Learning in pandemic

Writing Practice (IELTS Task 2)
Topic: Advantages/Disadvantages

Online Learning is a Solution during the pandemic COVID-19. What are the advantages and disadvantages of online learning?

The world is not the same anymore since the pandemic of the COVID-19 hit a small city in China. The virus is spreading in outstanding numbers of victims. Many human activities have been banning since the outbreak, and one of them is school learning. The learning process has changed into online learning lately, and this has some impacts on our society. These are the following advantages and disadvantages of online learning.

Firstly, The are many advantages of online learning. The first is the transportation cost. Students or teachers spend some money on transportation almost every day to go to school. And with online learning, they could start saving their funds. The second is we could effectively save our time and energy. In online learning, people need more time to prepare and need much energy to do their activities, such as taking a shower, having breakfast, or even put on their make-up. So with this kind of learning method, people could save their money and spend less time preparing to start the lesson, which makes this the benefit of online learning.

Secondly, every kind of learning method has advantages and so do disadvantages, and in online learning, there is some problem that happens for both teacher and student in delivering and understanding the lesson. One of them is internet access. In this learning, it is an obligation to have internet access to join the class but not everybody has it or a good one. In addition, another problem is the material understanding which seems hard for some students to understand.

To sum up. Online learning is the perfect alternative method of learning to implant in this pandemic situation. Moreover, it’s making both teacher and student saves more time and money in this process. Conversely, it also makes students difficult to understand the material, and they often have network jams.

Writing III IELTS Writing Task 1: Graph Bar-Leisure-Act-Teen-INA

The graph bar gives information about some activities that most Indonesian teenagers do in their free time. Overall, there are some significant differences among them in some of the leisure activities.

First of all, it shows the boys are more active in most of the activities. Surprisingly almost 35% of the male spend their time shopping, and it does not seem so normal if compared to the girls where only about 5% of them do shopping. Next is the Sports section, of course, the boys do sports more. It seems that there are more than 25% of boys and about 10% of girls use their spare time in sports.

Despite the activities mentioned before that dominated by the boys, some activities attract more girls than sports and shopping. The first is computer games. It seems that females are having so much fun in gaming. There are almost 15% of girls playing PC games, and of course, the boys also win this one but not in a significant number. Besides, the last thing that teenagers do with their spare time is listening to music. It looks like that music attracts attention for both genders equally. Apart from this, it shows they are on the same number, almost 20% of men and women in Indonesia listening to music in their free time.

Writing III IELTS Writing Task 2: Agree/disagree

Topic: Agree/disagree essay

Some people believe that money is the key of happiness. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The currency is a crucial aspect of our world. It keeps things running and has such a big impact on the life of human beings. Some people argue that having so much cash in the pocket could give them enthusiasm. For me, I think it is very reasonable to think like that and my reasons as follows.

The first is money could get us anything we want. People always want something, but not all of them could get it because they cannot afford it. We illustrated this by a boy who wants a toy but his parents have no money to buy it, so the kid is not happy and starts crying, however when his parents get the toy for him, the kid is smiling and feeling happy about it. Another point is with money, buying the things you like is no problem anymore. Afterward, that makes life feel so much better than having no money.

The second reason is with a high amount of income, we do not have to worry about the cost of living anymore. Many people often feel depressed when they need something but cannot get it. Just look around us, many kids drop out of school because their parent's income is low even they want to continue their studies. So if we have a lot of money, a problem like this is not going to happen in the future.

To sum up, I do believe that having enough money is what makes people feel happy. The people who have more funds will enjoy their life because they can have anything they want, on top of that they are not thinking about the financial problem for the rest of their life.
